RMSI was established in 2008 to undertake building administration, technical repairs & maintenance services. It's current services include building management, repairs & maintenance services; air-conditioning preventive maintenance, electrical, plumbing & civil repair works, and renovation/refurbishment works. Other services in the offing include Facilities Management services, Tenancy Management services, Construction and Fit-out services.

What is preventive maintenance (PM)?Preventive Maintenance is a maintenance that is regularly and routinely performed on physical assets to reduce the chances of equipment failure that is very costly for the maintenance team and facility manager.2. What is the importance of (PM)? Preventive Maintenance is essential as it can improve equipment & system reliability, reduce the amount of unexpected breakdowns, decrease the replacement of expensive parts, extend equipment life, improve resale value and inventory management.3. What are the services rendered by the Building Administrator?Some of the services include managing the building's staff, training and scheduling work shifts, preparing monthly reports about the building activity, overseeing the building security & housekeeping personnel.4. What are the responsibilities of the Building Administrator?Some of the responsibilities are but not limited to:
a. Carry out physical inspection of the Property on a regular basis and as required by law and by the building owner;
b. Administer, physically maintain, and manage the general upkeep of the common areas, facilities, machineries and equipment of the Property under the full control and management of the building owner, with the aim to preserve the standard operational life of the facilities and equipment therein;
c. Appoint with prior approval of the building owner, and control consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, as may be necessary, for the maintenance and upgrading of the Property and its equipment.
6. What is the function of the Building Administrator?The building administrator or property management office (PMO) is the one responsible for the day-to-day operations. He is responsible to give the building owner the full benefit of its advice, experience and expertise as Building and Property Manager and shall supervise administration and operation of the Property and use its best efforts to ensure that the Property’s value is enhanced and that it operates at its optimum efficiency.7.
